On 10 December, within the framework of the LISTEN project, we launched a three-day community-based event focused on cultural exchange, inclusion and participation.
Project partners from Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, and Portugal presented New Year traditions from their countries, while participants shared their own customs, foods, and celebrations. Together, we created a multicultural visual map using photos and Greek and English vocabulary.
The day concluded with a presentation by OCC staff and volunteers on the organisation’s history and their work supporting refugees in the Nea Kavala camp.
