On 17 October 2024, the South-East European Research Centre (SEERC), in partnership with Light Trees and the Odyssea Youth Centre, hosted a successful Transnational Collaboration Meetup at the Odyssea Youth Centre in Thessaloniki.
The event brought together community organizations from Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Bulgaria to address local challenges through collaborative discussions and participatory research workshops. Participants explored solutions and opportunities, focusing on how research-driven approaches can enhance community-based initiatives.
One of the key outcomes of the meetup was the formation of advisory alliances, which will drive future capacity-building activities and ensure inclusive, meaningful interventions across the regions involved.
