The WP15 study visit “We LISTEN, We CO-DESIGN a Festival” took place from 23 to 27 April 2026 in Verona, Italy, hosted by Oriel APS. The activity brought together 25 participants from Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, and Portugal, including LISTEN project partners, local community members, international volunteers, and individuals from diverse cultural and migration backgrounds.
Designed as a co-creative and participatory learning experience, the study visit was rooted in real community contexts and developed in close collaboration with local organisations and stakeholders, such as Progettomondo, AfroVeronesi, 311 Learning Accelerator Hub, Centro Culturale 6 Maggio 1848, LINK Community Centre, Energie Sociali, and La Cordata as well as the Municipality of Verona.
By combining non-formal education, participatory methodologies, and real-life community engagement, participants gained a deeper understanding of inclusive practices and identified approaches that can be adapted to their own local contexts.
